Scope of Services. Through this Site, EV Art Energy markets and arranges Mobile Ev Charging, Emergency Ev Charging, Ev Roadside Assistance, Level 2 Ev Charging, Ev Charging Installation, Commercial Ev Charging, Fleet Ev Charging, Ev Charging Infrastructure. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to EV Art Energy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. EV Art Energy may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://mobileevcharginglasvegas.com is provided on an "as is" basis. EV Art Energy makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV Art Energy's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid EV Art Energy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify EV Art Energy from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NV law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NV for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
